HEYYAH

حيّة

An ancient intelligence is rising…

Heyyah حيّة is for the woman ready to move and create consciously with their organic feminine current.

A four-month initiatary journey into the deeper mysteries of the feminine body and the life-force that moves through it.

By weaving with this energy within, you can enter into a new relationship with your own power, desire, creativity and capacity to create.

As we descend into the body, something begins to rise.

Heyyah is a process of entering the living intelligence of your own body. To attune to your energetic field, open the heart, descend into the womb and awaken the feminine currents of sensation, desire and creation.

Across four months, we will move through ritual and embodied practice, working with the energy that naturally moves through you. Learning to remain in contact and be present with it.

Along the way, we will meet the places where your energy may have become fragmented through conditioning, inherited patterns or experiences held within the different layers of the body.

To reclaim your capacity to open and close, receive and initiate, surrender and choose.

There is a current within you that knows how to move. An ancient intelligence, who lives in the places we have been taught to silence. A path of both descent and ascent, Heyyah is a space to meet the feminine and masculine currents within, bridging the heart and womb and awakening your power as a creator.

For the Woman who has already begun the journey of coming home to the body.

You might have explored sensuality, pleasure and embodiment, questioned inherited stories of womanhood and begun to shed the patterns that asked you to abandon, silence or disconnect from yourself.

And still, you know there are deeper chambers waiting to be entered.

Heyyah is an invitation to descend into the field, the heart, the womb and the intimate body, restoring what centuries tried to sever and remember the wholeness and sacredness of life in its full expression.

Here, we acknowledge that when the erotic current is honoured and consecrated, it becomes oracular. Opening the waters of feeling and the capacity to love without abandoning yourself.

For the woman ready to root even more deeply into herself and step into the field as a vessel for greater work. To become a bridge between Earth and beyond; participating in a larger movement of feminine and collective liberation.

Through the Gates of Blood, Death and Sacred Sexuality…

Heyyah is ultimately a journey towards wholeness through a deeper inhabitation of the body. Learning to remain present to the full cycle of the feminine - from descent through to rebirth.

We move through the gates of blood, death and sacred sexuality, cultivating an embodied understanding that death is an essential movement within creation. There is a particular pleasure and ecstasy in surrendering what has completed itself, in consciously releasing the identities, patterns and ways of being that can no longer come with us, creating space for new life to emerge.

As we deepen our relationship with the energetic field, restore the heart-womb connection and explore the interplay of feminine and masculine currents within, we begin to experience the body as a living vessel of creation.

And so we listen: What is ready to die? What is waiting to be born?

First, we meet what has completed its cycle. An old identity, an inherited pattern, a relationship to desire, or a way of abandoning ourselves. We make space for what can no longer come with us, allowing it to be consciously released, surrendered and returned to the earth.

Then we listen for what wants to emerge. What has been quietly gestating beneath the surface, waiting for the space and conditions to take form? Perhaps it is a creative vision, a new way of living, loving or creating, or a deeper expression of who you are becoming.

The womb knows this mystery. It knows how to hold, dissolve, gestate and bring forth life.

The Journey

Heyyah unfolds over four months as an exploration of the feminine body - through an unfolding relationship with the different places through which life-force, knowing and creation move.

We begin by attuning to the field. Learning to sense what you carry, where energy is moving, where it has become stagnant or dispersed, and how to consciously clear, move and direct it. Through breath, movement, sound and embodied awareness, we develop a sensitivity to the energetic field that will accompany us throughout the entire journey.

We make space to acknowledge the wounds and silencing carried within the collective feminine body, and to restore a relationship with the intimate body that is rooted in choice, presence and sovereignty.

We journey through the key portals of the feminine body…

THE HEART

The centre of initiation

We explore the heart-womb connection and the feminine capacity to initiate from the heart; opening into love and intimacy without leaving your own centre. We enter the mother line and the stories held through touch, relationship and the body, listening for what is yours to carry and what is ready to be released.

THE VOICE

The liberation of expression

From the depths of the womb, we give what has been held within a voice.

Through breath, sound, movement and embodied expression, we explore the relationship between the body, the solar centre and the voice. The voice becomes another channel through which life-force can move: no longer silenced, fragmented or shaped around the expectations of others, but arising from an embodied knowing.

THE WOMB

The chamber of power and blood

We will descend into the womb and into the mysteries of blood, exploring our relationship with cycles, lineage and the feminine rites that have been carried, or interrupted, across generations. We also meet the energetic imprints of intimate relationships and the ways we can continue to carry the energy of what has already ended.

THE COUSS(?)

The portal of creation and sacred sexuality

We arrive at the most intimate portal of the feminine body, the Couss(?) (aso know as yoni, from Sanskrit) as a place of sensation, creation, pleasure and life-force.

Here we explore the erotic current as a sacred force that can be consciously felt, held and directed. Through breath, movement, sound, mirror work, ritual and embodied practices, we deepen our relationship with the currents of feminine and masculine energy within.

This is where sacred sexuality and sex magick can be understood as the conscious movement and consecration of life-force: energy descending into the body, moving through sensation and feeling, and rising again into devotion and creation.
